Rupa Baskaran is a seasoned attorney with a robust background in labor and employment law. She holds a JD with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis. Rupa’s career began with positions at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and the American Federation of Teachers, where she honed her negotiation and arbitration skills. Later, her tenure as Labor Counsel at the Allied Pilots Association saw her representing 14,000 pilots in various legal proceedings, mediations, and compliance training. Brittany Deane Salyers earned her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where she received the Patrick E. Hacker Employment Law Award, and holds a B.A. from Sweet Briar College.
